Location was incredibly convenient, just walking distance from Cipiko Palace, staff was courteous nonetheless we didn't see much of them. Friendly communication, easy check-in. The service was decent, great job. Loved the bed, it was big size and amazing. Could use a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom.
